How to Draw a Llama for Kids
Do you need a cute llama drawing idea? Great, because here you will learn how to draw a cute llama easy enough even for kids.

Hello, friends! In this tutorial, we will learn how to draw a llama for kids. These South American camel sheep, or simply llamas, are very ancient animals that the ancient Incas domesticated and used in their household.
By the way, the closest relative of the llama is the camel. The growth of these cute animals can reach 180 cm. At first glance, it may seem that all llamas are similar, but the color of the coat can be very diverse—from pure white to dark brown. Now let’s move on to the guide. Drawing a llama is very simple, and you can do it in just 9 steps.
Time needed: 30 minutes
How to Draw a Llama for Kids
- Start drawing the head.
First, we draw the outlines of the llama’s head, its outline.
- Draw the face.
Next, draw eyes in the form of dots and eyebrows in the form of horizontal lines to our muzzle. You also need to draw the nose and growth in the form of a tick and the associated stroke.
- Draw the neck.
Draw wavy lines for the long neck.
- Add ears.
In the fourth step, we need to draw the ears in the form of vertical ovals.
- Draw the body.
The body is in the shape of a square, but the lines must also be wavy in order to depict the wool.
- Draw two legs.
Start drawing the legs also with wavy lines, and add the hooves at the bottom, as shown in the instructions.
- Draw two more legs.
Draw two more legs in the same way. Note, however, that they are not fully visible.
- Add еру tail.
Draw the small llama tail.
- Color the drawing.
It remains only to color the drawing of the llama in different colors. You can do this as in the example: a bright beige body, slightly darker neck, legs and tail, and a pinkish face.
