Let’s first take a look at what a donut looks like and how it differs from other types of baked goods. A donut is a circle or ring with a hole in the middle. How to Draw a Donut for Kids
- Let’s draw the circle.
Imagine the size of a donut, it’s like a teacup saucer. You can trace the teacup or draw the edges of the donut yourself. First outline a circle or a ring with thin lines, then circle, and you will get a clear outline.
- Draw the circle inside.
In the second step, draw the donut hole, it is needed so that it is convenient to fry them in oil, take them out, and put them in a paper bag or on a plate. Draw another one inside our large circle. A small circle the size of a walnut if you are drawing a large donut that covers the entire page. Now, the drawing looks like a wheel from a car. Add the icing and it will look like a donut.
- Draw the outline of the glaze.
The glaze is poured on top and spreads to the edges and center. Draw the flowing glaze with wavy lines, slightly departing from the edge of the main circle. Waves of different depths and lengths, so the donut looks very realistic.
