- Draw the head of an eagle.

- Draw the eye.
The eagle should have a menacing look. Therefore, draw the eye itself in the shape of a semicircle, and on top of the eye a wrinkled eyebrow in a wavy shape.
- Draw the eye and the beak.
Draw the pupils. To do this, draw a semicircle in the center of the eye, and a bold dot inside the semicircle.

- Draw feathers around the neck.
The plumage is very simple to draw, for this you can draw a wavy line in any shape from the back of the head to the beak of the eagle.
