How to Draw Ice Cream
- Draw the top.
We start by drawing the ice cream topping from the very top. First draw the bottom part rounded, then the curled tip of the top part of the topping.
- Let’s draw the second part.
Under the top layer of the topping, draw the rounded second part that looks like a small cloud.
- Let’s draw the third part.
Using an oval outline shape, add the third of the ice cream topping.
- Add ice cream details.
In this step, you will need to draw the frosting sprinkles onto the ice cream topping and also add the melting stripes down the cone.
- Draw the cone.
Draw a bucket shape just below the topping. Remember that the swirls of topping should be slightly larger than the wrapper. This will make the cream thicker on top of the ice cream, making it look more appetizing.
- Add the sugar cone.
In this step we move on to drawing the elongated part of the sugar cone, use straight lines for this that need to be extended from the top of the cone.
- Color the drawing.
The only thing left to do now is to color in your yummy treat! Go grab your markers, crayons or color pencils, or whatever you have on hand, and finish your ice cream drawing! You can add colors as in the example, or you can let your imagination run wild and use any colors you like! It’s up to you!
