How to Draw a Kitchen Cabinet
- Draw the outline (borders).
Imagine a kitchen cabinet and draw 3 vertical lines approximately in the middle of the sheet, which are the side borders of the cabinet. We recommend doing everything by hand, without using a ruler, so that your hands get used to straight lines
- Draw the bottom border.
You need to draw two horizontal lines indicating the bottom of the cabinet.
- Connect the remaining lines.
The most difficult stage in this lesson. It is necessary to connect the lines so that the drawing looks symmetrical. Especially important when sketching the table top.
- Draw the details.
As soon as the main body of the body is drawn, it is necessary to show the details of the kitchen cabinet: door, drawer (see how it is done in our example).
- Remove unnecessary items.
Erase unnecessary lines from the drawing and trace the outline with a dark pencil or pen to give a pronounced effect.
- Color the drawing of the kitchen cabinet.
At this stage, we are finishing the lesson on how to draw a kitchen cabinet and to complete the drawing we will need colored pencils or felt-tip pens. We took the most classic colors: gray for the body, brown for the table top. Note that brown is used in different shades to give shadows to the volume.
