How to Draw a Karate Person
- Draw the head.
Begin by drawing the shape of the head.
- Draw the hair and ears.
Now draw the hair and ears of the karateka according to the example. Draw the hair with simple pointed lines, and the ears with round shapes.
- Draw the face.
Draw two points at the level of the ears—these are the eyes. After that, draw the smile of the karate fighter using curved lines.
- Draw the torso.
Draw the character’s torso using three straight lines.
- Draw fists.
Draw the fighter’s fists on both sides of the torso in the same way as shown in the example.
- Draw the hands.
Now you need to connect the body and fists of the character using lines that form the arms of the karate fighter.
- Draw the belt.
Start drawing the belt from the middle part. After you have drawn the belt knot, you need to draw straight lines for the side portions of the belt.
- Draw the halves of the kimono.
Now you need to detail the kimono of the karate jacket, and you need to start with the lapel of the kimono, which is drawn using two intersecting lines. After that, sketch out the bottom of the kimono jacket trim.
- Draw the legs.
Draw one leg using straight lines and the other leg using curved lines.
- Draw the feet.
It remains to draw the feet of the karate person in the form of small, simple shapes.
- Color your drawing.
