How to Draw a Crow for Kids
- Shape the beak.
In the example, you see the future shape of the beak, so two lines of this shape need to be sketched in curved to give a typical beak shape.
- Add detail.
Now, using a line, divide the beak in two as shown.
- Sketch the body.
Now you need to draw the body shape of the cartoon crow. The body of a crow looks like an oval from the example.
- Draw a crest.
The crest consists of three feathers: from large to small.
- Shape the eye.
In the upper part of the body, above the beak, draw a circle, inside which add another smaller circle – this is the pupil. It is better to place the pupil on the left side of the eye so that the crow visually looks forward.
- Add body details.
Now you need to detail the body by adding a crow wing and body texture.
- Add a tail.
Now draw the crow’s tail, which has three feathers.
- Draw the legs.
Draw two cartoonish simple legs under the crow’s body as shown.
- Color the drawing.
