How to Draw a Candle for Kids
- Draw a candle fire.
First, draw the shape of a fire that will be located on the top of the candle. Fire resembles a drop in shape.
- Draw wax.
The fire melts the wax from which the candle is made, and the wax flows down. To depict this, draw a straight line under fire. Make the lower part wavy, as indicated in the instructions. Remember to also draw a straight line in the middle of the fire. This will be the wick.
- Draw a candle.
Draw two parallel lines below the shape you drew earlier. At the bottom, connect them with a slightly semicircular line. This, you will have a complete candle.
- Start drawing the saucer.
The candle should be on the saucer. Draw a long semicircle under the base of the candle as shown in the instruction.
- Draw the bottom of the saucer.
At the bottom, draw two small, curved diagonal lines that taper. Next, connect them with a horizontal line.
